Job Mission: To contribute to the development of products by specification, design, technical budget analysis, critical component selection, integration & test planning and test execution of mechatronic components or subsystems, with the emphasis on control-engineering tuning, signal analysis and functional integration and troubleshoot.

Job Description:

• work in multidisciplinary project teams, aimed at design of mechatronic module
• has specialist knowledge in the fields control-engineering, signal analysis and testing, and basic knowledge of the areas dynamics, position measurement and actuator systems
• documentation of specifications, design, and test results
• design of control-systems and execution of integration the modules
• specification of subsystem and/or its components
• support architectural design and trade-offs between mechanical, electronic, software competencies
• support overall technical budget analysis
• support selection of critical components and technologies
• integration and test of the module: planning and execution.

Functie eisen vacature Servo Designer

Educational Level: Higher Technical College, Technical University masters in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or (techn.) Physics

Experience: Theoretical or practical experience with position measurement systems, handling systems, control engineering, actuator design, dynamics. Experience in multidisciplinary project work involving mechatronics, electronics and software is a pre.

Personal Skills: Team player. Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude. Good communicational skills and good knowledge of English.
