Job Description:

A Projectleader typically manages a team of around 20 to 30 worlds best engineers and technicians. Your scope ranges from initial definition and design of a product, to full scale development and deployment in manufacturing and the field. Co-operation cross sectors is essential and you ensure implementation of feedback from testing, manufacturing and operations in the development. In this high tech environment you are able to decide to a large extend independently on engineering solutions and methods. In the team your focus is on the project goals, balancing time, resource and budget constraints. Good teamwork is essential ?€? you are a teamplayer.

Functie eisen vacature Teamleider

Educational Level: Masters or PhD work level in mechanical or electrical engineering with experience or background in development of high-tech equipment.

Experience: Typically you will have 7-10 years of relevant working experience within the scope of projects, management and research and development within a high tech development environment. We are looking for experienced professionals with ambition to work in a high tech industry and further grow in our organisation.

Personal Skills: Commitment and flexibility. You master project management, decisiveness, directing, taking initiative, planning and prioritizing, process orientation, quality commitment and team leadership. Furthermore you show inspirational leadership.
